This dataset records the basic situation of rural and pastoral areas in Qinghai Province, including the number of towns and townships, the number of villagers' committees, the number of rural community infrastructure facilities, etc. The statistical data covers the period from 2014 to 2018. The data is classified into 43 county-level districts across 8 prefecture-level administrative regions, namely Xining City, Haidong Prefecture, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
