Unravelling the true microbiome of finfish and shellfish during spoilage: Towards the development of rapid detection kit for fish spoilage

To explore the microbiome associated with the spoilage in the economically important, finfish and shellfish of India. The study also tries to elucidate the molecular mechanism behind the spoilage and thereby lead to the development of a kit for rapid detection of spoilage in fish using the molecular tools.
