TOPICAL ISSUES OF MORAL EDUCATION OF STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF TEACHING READING LESSONS IN PRIMARY SCHOOL

This article discusses the importance of moral education in the process of teaching reading lessons in primary school. The study focuses on the role of reading materials, teaching strategies, and the teacher’s pedagogical approach in shaping students’ moral values and social behavior. Special attention is given to the integration of moral concepts through literary texts, stories, and classroom discussions. The article analyzes how reading lessons can contribute not only to language development but also to the formation of ethical thinking, empathy, and responsible attitudes among young learners.
