资源简介:
This dataset contains de-identified data from a randomised controlled trial examining the effects of a six-month self-paced aquatic exercise program on health-related quality of life in individuals with myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). Thirty-two adults diagnosed with ME/CFS were allocated to either an aquatic exercise intervention or a control group. Quality of life was assessed pre- and post-intervention using the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). The dataset includes participant group allocation, time point, and SF-36 domain scores, enabling analysis of within- and between-group changes over time. The data support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analyses relating to exercise tolerance and quality-of-life outcomes in ME/CFS.
