This dataset provides high-resolution time-series measurements of the electrical energy consumption and power quality of an engineering faculty building at Yalova University, Türkiye. Data were collected at the building’s main entrance using a Fluke 435-II Energy Analyzer over the period 25 March – 1 April 2022. Measurements were taken every 5 seconds, capturing detailed parameters related to energy consumption and power quality, including voltage, current, frequency, active/reactive/apparent power, power factor, harmonics, and other relevant indicators. The dataset is intended to support research in energy efficiency, power quality assessment, smart grid integration, renewable energy modeling, and building performance analysis. It may also serve as benchmark data for simulation, optimization, and demand-side management studies in both academic and industrial contexts.
