This is a protein-protein interaction subnetwork showing genes and proteins impacted by TDP-43 loss in iNeurons. This network was generated from a combination of multi-omic datasets and analyses, using the Prize-Collecting Steiner Forest algorithm as implemented in OmicsIntegrator2.
Node annotations are based on (1) experimental data (LC/MS proteomics, RNAseq, etc.) and analyses from comparisons of TDP-43 KD and control iNeurons, and (2) additional data from published studies of TDP-43 depletion and proteinopathy, and (3) other open source tools and databases. Edge connections represent physical interactions between indicated protein species, with supporting evidence derived from experiments in iNeurons and public databases.
