种间、品种群间杂种胚通常在盛花后50天左右发育完成,但胚乳转化子叶阶段容易出现败育落果现象,极少数败育杂交果即使发育成熟,种子也干瘪失去活力,导致有效杂交种子数量极少。本发明提供一种杏属植物种、品种群间的高亲和骨干亲本配置技术,能够有效提高远缘杂交亲和性,同时提供一种子叶败育杂种胚挽救技术,解决杂种胚发育过程中的败育问题,极大提高杏属植物种间以及品种群间远缘杂交效率,服务杏属植物优特异新品种创制。

Hybrid embryos from interspecific and inter-cultivar group crosses of Armeniaca typically complete their development approximately 50 days after full bloom. However, aborted fruit abscission frequently occurs during the stage when endosperm transitions into cotyledons. Even for a small number of aborted hybrid fruits that reach full maturity, their seeds become shriveled and lose viability, leading to an extremely low number of effective hybrid seeds. The present invention provides a technique for configuring high-affinity core parental lines for interspecific and inter-cultivar group hybridization in Armeniaca, which effectively improves the compatibility of distant hybridization. Meanwhile, it offers a cotyledon-aborted hybrid embryo rescue technology to resolve the abortion issues during hybrid embryo development, greatly enhancing the efficiency of distant hybridization between species and cultivar groups in Armeniaca and facilitating the creation of elite and novel Armeniaca cultivars.
