Test-specific muscle activation and reliability of different tests of knee joint flexor muscle strength in male and female recreational athletes

<p><span style="color:rgb( 0 , 0 , 0 );font-size:12px">The aim of the research task was to collect data on isometric muscle strength and muscle activity of the lower limb during three standardized isometric testing protocols. The study was conducted in a group of recreationally active healthy women and men across three measurement sessions, using force measurements and surface electromyography. The collected data enable analyses of measurement variability and comparisons between the applied testing protocols.</span><br /></p>
