资源简介:
This item contains occurrence data, analysis scripts, and selected output files supporting the manuscript entitled “Climatic niche divergence and future contact zones of two invasive white-footed ants across the Indo-Pacific”.Files are organized into three folders:data: occurrence records for Technomyrmex albipes and T. brunneus, including Taiwan-specific datasets used for latitude and elevation comparisons.code: R scripts for species distribution modelling, climatic niche overlap analyses, and future climate projections.results: selected output tables used in the manuscript, including threshold-based model evaluation, suitable area estimates, centroid coordinates, PCA summaries, and niche overlap metrics.Current climate rasters were based on WorldClim v2.1 bioclimatic variables. Future projections were based on CMIP6 GISS-E2.1-G scenarios (SSP126, SSP245, SSP370, SSP585) for 2050 and 2090. These large public raster layers are not redistributed here and should be downloaded separately before rerunning the scripts.Execution order:01_sdm_models.R02_niche_overlap.R03_future_SDM.RFinal predictor sets used in the manuscript:T. albipes: bio02, bio03, bio04, bio08, bio10, bio14, bio15, bio18, bio19T. brunneus: bio01, bio02, bio03, bio08, bio13, bio17, bio18, bio19
