Zenodo Data Dataset 2. Individual nuclear shape descriptors

All graphs are dot plots. One dot corresponds to the mean value of the corresponding descriptor for one tVNC. Replicates are coded through symbols. Colours are matched to the genotype. Statistical analysis : linear mixed model with Tukey’s multiple comparisons test. p = 0 means that the p-value is so small that it cannot be represented by the script.
