Data are simple sequence repeat (SSR) genetic fingerprints of the accessions in the plum collection of the National Fruit Collection, Brogdale, UK. The data are called and rounded allele scores, recorded by marker to the nearest base pair.

Data were collected as part of the ongoing curation of the collection, specifically in support of the recent repropagation of the plum collection.
