Transcriptome analysis of differentially expressed genes in BMDCs after treatment with Ausome

The diverse pathogen-associated molecular patterns presented on Ausome endow it with ability to stimulate multiple immune-related reactions and make it a potent immune-stimulator. Transcriptome sequencing of the differentially expressed genes in Ausome treated BMDCs providing a comprehensive information for understanding the immune reactions activated by Ausome, including the activation of pro-inflammatory signaling pathways and upregulated cytokines and chemokines, which gained more insights to illustrate Ausome mediated immune responses.
