The primary objective of this study is to determine the validity of targets and antibodies potentially involved in regulation of stem cell epigenetics. Successful ChIP analysis will then be used to compare differences between 2i treated and serum treated mouse ES cells. Global quantitative and qualitative ChIP changes will then be analysed to understand their regulatory roles.
