RNA-Seq during Navel orange - Penicillium italicum interaction at 3 days post inoculation

We analyzed the transcriptome of the interaction between Penicillium italicum and navel orange fruit by RNA-seq technique. RNA was extracted from diseased and healthy tissues of navel orange fruit infected with Penicillium italicum wild-type strain and Piwsc knockout strain for 3 days, respectively. cDNA was synthesized with reverse transcription kit (Nanjing Vazyme), following the manufacturer recommendations. Sequencing was carried out using the Illumina Hi Seq TM 2000.
