NRS-12509 | General Instructions to Officers of the Public Works Department

This volume, of which there are two copies, contains printed instructions to guide Public Works officers in every facet of their duties. It is arranged in ten sections broadly reflecting the organisation of the Department and its various functions. Under each section are explicit and detailed instructions to officers for the performance of their work. Appendices show standard Public Works forms for use under specific circumstances and relevant instructions from other departments. Volume 3/2298 is a copy previously held by the Government Architect's Branch. It is annotated, and filed within the volume are loose pages containing amendments to various sections to 1938.(3/2298, 18/1185.6). 2 vols.
