The compressed Supplementary_Data.tar.gz file contains all relevant scripts, R analysis, and files files generated during "Portiera gets wild" work. Sanger_sequencing.tar.gz includes Sanger raw files and Gap4 databases of the different whiteflies/Portiera sampled for the work.
