The analysis of Ambra1 conditional Knock Out mice

We detected AMBRA1 mutation from Cowden syndrome patient. AMBRA1 is stored in various species, but the function of AMBRA1 is not clearly understood. AMBRA1 complete deficient mouse is lethal. We established Ambra1 floxed mouse using Easi-CRISPR and crossed with Rosa Cre ERT2 to delete Ambra1 after Tamoxifen injection. The mice grew bigger than the control mice after Tamoxifen injection. And many of mice become cancer. So the aim of this project is how ambra1 is involved cell cycle regulation and tumor suppression.
