The data we use in this paper were gathered in the 6<sup>th</sup> round of Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys (MICS6), which can be downloaded from https://mics.unicef.org/surveys. The MICS6 surveys are conducted by UNICEF (United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund). We merge the original data from 11 countries and saved the user data in Stata data. In addition, do-file for analysis is also published here.
