This is a single-center retrospective cohort study which includes patients with stroke. CT-based analysis of cervical muscle and fat at odontoid process level was performed within two weeks of stroke onset. After 6 months of stroke onset, patients were evaluated with functional parameters such as grip strength, modified Barthel Index, and Berg Balanace Scale.
