Bacteria associated with free living amoebae Targeted Locus (Loci). freshwater metagenome

The study aims to clearly analyse and define the bacterial consortium composing free living amoeba microbiota. Thanks to a large sampling campaign, the analysis of many sampling points give a valuable strategy in order to identify the bacterial core microbiota of free living amoeba isolated from drinking water network.
