Text-analysis reveals taxonomic and geographic disparities in animal pollination literature

<b>Frequency of animal genera in English, primary research abstracts returned by Scopus with the term "pollinat*".</b><br>We used the named entity recognition algorithms Taxonfinder and Neti Neti in the R package 'taxize' to extract taxonomic records from "pollinat*" abstracts downloaded from Scopus.
