Taxon-binned contigs

MEGAN6 taxonomically binned CLC de novo contigs based on blastn (xxxx.nucl.taxon.fasta) and blastx (xxxx.prot.taxon.fasta) annotations. The bash script ("merger.sh", see repository SCRIPTS) was written to merge nucl and prot files into xxxx.both.taxon.fasta. The file double_contigs.txt includes a summary of the contigs that were binned in more than one taxon and manually binned or left out.
