Impact of Lysyl Oxidase (rs1800449) Gene Variation on Serum Biomarkers in Positive Estrogen Receptor Breast Cancer Iraqi Women

This dataset accompanies the study entitled <i>Impact of Lysyl Oxidase (rs1800449) Gene Variation on Serum Biomarkers in Positive Estrogen Receptor Breast Cancer Iraqi Women</i>. It includes anonymized genotyping data for the LOX G473A (rs1800449) polymorphism, along with serum measurements of lysyl oxidase (LOX), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), and cancer antigen 15-3 (CA15-3). The dataset was generated from Iraqi women diagnosed with estrogen receptor-positive breast cancer and matched controls. These data provide insights into the association between LOX gene variation and breast cancer development, as well as the diagnostic potential of serum biomarkers.
