Metagenomic profiling of gut microbiota following antibiotic and probiotic strain treatment

This project aims to characterize gut microbiome alterations in a disease mouse model subjected to antibiotic treatment and probiotic strain administration. Samples were obtained from normal control, disease control, vancomycin-treated, Saccharomyces cerevisiae treated groups. Bacterial community profiles were generated using 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing on the Illumina iSeq platform.
