Four consecutive panels describe zygosity (“GT.sample_name”), impact on protein structure and function (“ExonicFunc.sample_name”), sequencing depth (“DP.sample_name”) and genomic position (“POS.sample_name”). Each field may contain more than one entry if multiple variants were detected in one gene. Red/orange fields denotes homozygous/heterozygous variants.
