Transcriptome sequencing of hybrid grouper

A 56-day feeding trial was conducted to reveal the protective effect of glutamine on enteritis induced by soybean conglycinin in hybrid grouper juveniles by integrating transcriptome, proteome, and miRNA analysis. Three isonitrogenous and isolipidic trial diets were formulated to contain 7% conglycinin (11S group), 11S diet supplemented with 2% alanine-glutamine (Gln group), and neither conglycinin nor alanine-glutamine (FM group).
