Table S2 Amino acid sequences identified as sid-2 orthologues in Caenorhabditis and parasitic clade V nematodes. All sid-2 orthologues were single-copy in the genomes examined. Splice variants and sequences that were shorter than 40% length of HPOL_0001199201 (highlighted in grey) were excluded from ConSurf analysis.
