Blue rockfish (Sebastes mystinus) Transcriptome or Gene expression

This de novo transcriptome was created as part of a multi-institution collaboration examining the physiological responses of juvenile rockfishes to the coincident marine stressors of ocean acidification (OA) and hypoxia in the California Current Large Marine Ecosystem. The assembly was used as a reference transcriptome in a differential gene expression analysis focusing on juvenile blue rockfishes' differential responses to independent low pH, independent hypoxia and combined low pH/hypoxia over a two-week time-course.
