This study explores consumer perceptions of the use of blockchain technology in the luxury goods industry, specifically on the aspects of trust, authenticity, and market readiness. A total of 654 respondents from Indonesia participated in the survey to measure the influence of blockchain adoption on behavioral intention, customer satisfaction, as well as other supporting variables. Results show that blockchain adoption, enabling conditions, social influence, ease of use, and trust significantly affect behavioral intentions. However, technology awareness and security concerns showed no significant effect. These findings emphasize the importance of transparency, product authenticity, and digital experience in enhancing customer trust and loyalty in the luxury goods market.
