In this study we identified genes whose expression is altered by knock down of ASAP1 expression in RD cells in the presence or absence of the MEK inhibitor trametinib Overall design: RD cells were transfected with control siRNA or ASAP1 siRNA, followed by treatment with vehicle (DMSO) or trametinib (MEK inhibitor) for 2 or 3 days.
