Business exits and exit reasons in China 2019

This statistic displays the results of a survey asking entrepreneurs in China about business exits and reasons for the exit as of June 2019. During the survey period, approximately 7.5 percent of respondents replied that they had exited a business during the last year. While 1.7 percent of adults had positive reasons for exiting their business, 5.8 had negative. Unprofitability was among the major negative reasons for exiting a business.
