Integrated Proteomic Analysis of Plasma, Tears, and Nasal Secretions in Five Healthy Women Before and After Exercise

This project performs proteomic analysis on matched plasma, tear, and nasal secretion samples from five healthy women before and after acute aerobic exercise. By comparing exercise-induced proteomic alterations, it aims to identify common and tissue-specific differentially expressed proteins, revealing systemic and localized molecular responses to exercise across multiple biofluids.
