In this study, we looked examined how CP/CPPS rats responded to pain when treated with LIPUS of varying intensities and durations. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for prostate tissues from CP/CPPS rat model treated with varying intensities of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) to explore the molecular mechanisms affecting Th17/Treg balance and inflammatory signaling pathways.
