Opinion of U.S. adults regarding the likelihood of nuclear war in next 10 years 2024

As of February 2024, approximately 29 percent of adults in the United States thought that it was very likely that their country would get into a nuclear war, with a further 38 percent believing it to be fairly likely. By comparison, 17 percent of people thought this scenario was very unlikely.
