These are minutes of the ordinary and special meetings of the Blue Mountains County Council.The County Council was formed for the purpose of providing electricity, water, sewerage, road and other services to the local government areas of Blackheath Municipality, Katoomba Municipality and Blue Mountains Shire. The Council became defunct with the amalgamation of Blackheath, Katoomba and Blue Mountains into the new Blue Mountains City Council in 1947.
