Working to see if our AI Driven Harmonization technology can support harmonization of antibiotics, organism, and location annotations.

We have developed technology for NCI that enables us to harmonize and standardize annotations of datasets rapidly. With the raw/curated datasets here, we want to test and see how quickly our models can curate the data submitted. We would like the raw submissions from the data providers as well as the curated data from Vivli. This will enable analysts to rapidly build models or conduct analyses on this data in the future.
