Vector map/sequences of pQC-XIG vector with mCherryFP inserted before IRES. Modified vector mCherry-STOP (AKA CherryOFF-GFP) carrying a nonsense mutation at TRP98 codon. NGS data in the standard curve folder is raw data generated from analysis of known mixed-populations of cells containing the two vectors to create a reference of NGS precision. The UV-treated folder containing Samples 1-4 denote dna from UV-treated Ate1-KO MEF carrying CherryOFF-GFP as described in reference publication.
