This is a large-scale public dataset of job experiences derived from more than 360,000 anonymized resumes provided by VDAB, the public employment service in Flanders, Belgium. The information in the dataset is extracted using a small language model (LLM) and each job experience is mapped to the corresponding ESCO code. The dataset includes person_id, esco_code, start_date, end_date, and university_degree fields.
