Data of Alisa craig and Solanum habrochaites with reference transcriptome

Solanum habrochaites and Alisa craig, were harvested from the experimental base of the College of Agriculture, Northeast Agricultural University. When the plant reached the six-leaf stage, the second fully expanded leaf with the growth point down was randomly collected, the leaves was immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored until total RNA. Total RNA of leaf samples was extracted with an RNA prep Pure Plant kit, with three replicates of each tomato. Illumina RNA-Seq was performed by Frasergen Bioinformatics Co., Ltd. The concentration and purity of the extracted RNA were examined using Nanodrop 2000. RNA integrity was examined by Agarose gel electrophoresis. The RIN values were determined using an Agilent 2100Bioanalyzer system. The cDNA libraries were constructed following the protocol described. After the library is tested and passed, DNA Nano Ball is prepared and then loaded onto a sequencing chip and sequenced using an MGI high-throughput sequencer.
