Source data for Supplementary Figure 24: Allele-specific expression analysis during hop cone development

This dataset contains the results of a differential expression analysis performed with the DESeq2 R package to evaluate allele-specific expression (ASE) among orthologous gene pairs during hop cone development. The dataset includes 19,725 orthologous gene pairs, listed in the column ORTHOLOG_ID, together with associated statistical results, including adjusted p-values (padj) used to identify significant phase-specific expression differences. In addition, the dataset provides normalized expression values for glandular tissue samples collected across developmental stages S1–S5 for both phases (P1 and P2), with biological replicates included for each stage-phase combination. These data were used to generate Supplementary Figure 24 in the manuscript “Extensive variation between chromosomes of North American and European hop”.
