Sample dataset for glacial lake segmentation

This sample dataset contains 428 pairs of multi-modal imagery and manually annotated labels for glacial lake segmentation. Each image is a 256×256 multi-band TIFF file derived from Sentinel-1 SAR, Sentinel-2 optical imagery, and SRTM DEM obtained via Google Earth Engine (GEE). The dataset provides manual annotations ("label_corrected" ) and labels refined by the ST-CAGL ("label_uncorrected"). This subset enables reproduction of the experiments in our paper:“Prior Knowledge-Informed Semantic Segmentation Framework for Precise Glacial Lake Mapping from Multimodal Imagery”.
