Gene expression in Phf6-deleted and Phf6-intact foetal mouse cortical neurons and foetal mouse cortex assessed by RNA-seq

This study assessed the impact of germline Phf6-deletion on gene expression in the E15.5 mouse cortex and the impact of Nestin-cre mediated Phf6-deletion on gene expression in cultured E16.5 mouse cortical neurons Overall design: Cortex and Cultured Cortical Neuron (CCN) cells were isolated from individual mice. Of the cortex samples, three are wild type (WT) and five are Phf6 deleted. For the CCN samples, three are WT and four are Phf6 deleted.
