Mycobacterium tuberculosis Genome sequencing and assembly. Mycobacterium tuberculosis

M. tuberculosis was isolated from the screening program in Sabah, Malaysia. The chest X-ray was performed during the screening and collected the sputum for candidate abnormal x-ray. The sputum was tested through the GeneXpert MDR/RIF and the isolate that identify as positive M. tuberculosis was sub-cultured using BACTEC MGIT 320 Culture system, prior to whole genome sequencing. The tests confirmed the sample is M. tuberculosis positive from the GeneXpert MDR/RIF. The study is going deep to the mutation of through the bioinformatic analysis
