资源简介:
The CANOPé programme, dedicated to mapping, the study of nursery functions and protection against coastal erosion of Posidonia reefs, and their vulnerability to global changes, is a multidisciplinary research programme dedicated to the study of Posidonia reefs in the French Mediterranean. It brings together the expertise of university, CNRS and IRD research laboratories in the fields of cartography, biology, ecology and geosciences. Organised in five workshops, the project aims to: (workshop 1) inventory and map the Posidonia reefs along the French Mediterranean coast (mainland and Corsica) and make a diagnosis of their state of conservation; (workshop 2) better understanding the role of nursery for fish (shelter function); (workshop 3) to understand the processes and the role they play in dealing with the problems of sandy coastline erosion in a context of global change; (workshop 4) identify and model the future evolution of reef formations in a context of development of human activities and global climate change. A book on posidonia reefs in the form of an atlas (workshop 5) summarises all the contributions and conclusions of the programme.
All the maps that constitute an annex volume to this report (Schohn et al., 2020) were carried out by the Posidonia GIS teams using aerial images acquired by drone and Ortho comics from the IGN. The methodology used is presented in the final report of the programme. Only the mapping of the Vieux Salins reef is the result of the work of a team outside the CANOPé programme. The mapping carried out by Noël and Bauer (2017) is used here to complete the cartographic atlas of Posidonia oceanica reef formations along the French Mediterranean coast.
The benthic habitat typology used is that of Michez et al. (2014). In addition, each card is accompanied by a reliability percentage determined on the basis of the method developed by Valetta (2018, amended).
