Zur spezifischen Wirksamkeit von Integrativer Musiktherapie in der gruppentherapeutischen Behandlung von psychosomatischen PatientInnen

In einem Projekt von fünf Gruppensitzungen mit PatientInnen einer psychosomatischen Station, in denen aktive und rezeptive Elemente der Integrativen Musiktherapie kombiniert werden, kommen spezifische und unspezifische Wirkfaktoren zum Tragen. Anhand von Stundenprotokollen, Fragebögen und den Äußerungen der PatientInnen wird der therapeutische Prozeß beschrieben. Durch die mehrperspektivische Sicht (therapeutisches Ziel, Auswahl der Musik, Erleben der PatientInnen, Gruppenprozeß, Übertragungs- und Gegenübertragungsgeschehen) werden Wirkfaktoren identifiziert und mit den 14 Wirkfaktoren der Integrativen Therapie verglichen. Eine besondere Rolle spielt dabei die therapeutische Beziehung. Vorliegende Arbeit leistet eine Hilfestellung für die Interventionsplanung in der stationären Behandlung psychosomatischer PatientInnen.
