Lachnospiraceae treatment on high fat diet fed WT and Nlrp12 ko mice

We found Nlrp12 ko mice are more prone to high fat diet (HFD) induced obesity. And the HFD fed Nlrp12 ko loss more diversity of the commensal bacterial compared to the HFD-WT mice, and developed a dysbiosis with reduced Clostridiales and Lachnospiraceae. We fed back the Lachnospiraceae back and found it reduced the obesity process in the Nlrp12 ko mice and reduced the potential obesogenic bacterial group Erysipelotrichaceae
