This data is a tiff datatype file simulating lightsheet images acquired by MAXWELL, with known variables. The simulated data employs a 230 nm in-plane imaging pixel size, which imitates a 20x magnification lens with MAXWELL apparatus, as well as a 60 nm step between successive images. This results in a 230 nm pixel width and height, and a 60 nm voxel depth. The scintillation events have a FWHM between 2-5 pixels in size for the in-plane imaging, with intensity between 10,000 to 20,000 photons per event. The field of view of the simulated data is 500 x 500 pixels, and includes 130 images in the stack, using 16 bits per pixel.This data was created using ThunderSTORM[1] software, with the "Generator of Simulated Data" option. The stack was then processed by a "Gaussian Blur 3D" by 2 pixels in the Z sigma to mimic the isotropic three-dimensional PSF captured by MAXWELL.[1] Ovesný, M. et al.
