Uhde (with time bomb).; Supplementary material reads: "Photog: Wyman. Reporter: Benson. Story--Bomb Squad. 1956-07-11. 13-14: Sergeant Erwin F. Uhde with the usual time-bomb arrangement found in packages. The clock is wired to a dry-cell battery and to sticks of dynamite. A metal extention [sic] placed on the alarm winding shaft of the clock revolves around when the alarm goes of [sic] at the set time, and the shaft makes a connection with another metal shaft on the clock, closing circuit and sending a charge of electricity into the dynamite, detonating the explosive. 45-46: Sergeant Erwin F. Uhde with the typical time-bomb arrangement of clock, battery and dynamite. He is listening to the ticks of the clock through the high-gain amplifyer [sic].
