3' Targeted RNA sequencing of male and female rat brain samples with perinatal exposure to the endocrine disrupting chemical mixture NeuroMix

Male and female Sprague Dawley rats were exposed via the mother from embryonic days 8-18 and postnatal days 1-21 to NeuroMix (Aroclor 1221 (100 ug/kg), Bisphenol A (2.5 ug/kg), Bisphenol S (2.5 ug/kg), Di(2-EthylHexyl)-phthalate (20 ug/kg), Di-n-butyl phthalate (20 ug/kg), Perfluorooctane sulfonate (20 ug/kg), Polybrominated diphenyl ether 47 (100 ug/kg), PCB-153 (100 ug/kg), and Vinclozolin (100 ug/kg)) or vehicle control (0.06% DMSO in sesame oil). Brain samples from the ventral tegmental area, nucleus accumbens core, lateral hypothalamus, and orbitofrontal cortex were collected in adulthood at 110 days for 3' targeted RNA sequencing.
