This file is one of the supplementary information for the paper "Parametric Design, Life Cycle Assessment, and Optimization of a Discrete Product with Application to an Electric Traction Motor", found in the Resources, Conservation and Recycling Journal. This model is only a portion of the environmental piece of an integrated optimization-based design model with LCA (i.e., parametric LCA). If the user has motor input data, the model can be used to obtain the LCI results. In addition, the model can be run to conduct uncertainty analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo simulation) to observe the probability distribution of the inventory data.
